Chrawnna Corp. provides services and digital products through incus.media. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

We send invoices and payment links. Payments may be one-time or recurring. Nonpayment can suspend your access.

No refunds. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. We may terminate immediately only for uncured material breach after 10-day notice.

All content ownership vests in you upon full payment; we retain non-exclusive portfolio license only. You may not copy or resell our content. We grant a limited non-transferable license for your use.

You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, spam, abuse, or harmful conduct.

We provide no guarantees on our services and limit our liability for any issues.

This Agreement is governed by New York law. All disputes are resolved exclusively by binding AAA arbitration in New York City.
